The Broadway Tent is committed to providing exceptional experiences for our guests in a setting unmatched by any other entertainment venue in North Texas. Below is important policy information that will make your visit convenient and enjoyable.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, e-cigarettes and vaporizers.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS
Sign Language interpreters are available upon request, 30 days prior to a performance. Please contact our main office at (855) 447-7867 for more information.
APPROVED BAGS INCLUDE:
- Clear bags no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″
- Wallet-sized clutch purses (with or without strap) no larger than 5.5″ x 8.5″
- One-gallon Ziploc style bag
- Exceptions can be made for medically necessary items. Please contact our main office at (855) 447-7867 for more information.

His Story: The Musical is a great show for the whole family, though it’s generally recommended for ages 8+. No children under the age of 2 will be permitted in the theater. All guests must be ticketed, including children, and booster seats will be available on-site.
This production contains: Strobe lighting effects. Sudden loud noises. Theatrical fog/haze. Scenes of violence.
Yes! The Broadway Tent is fully ADA accessible. If you have any special requests or assistance in selecting seats, please contact the box office at boxoffice@hisstorythemusical.com.
Assisted listening devices are available at the Broadway Tent. Please bring a valid ID in order to check out an assisted listening device for the performance. Translation services are not currently offered, but we expect to add them soon. Check back for updates.
The use of cameras, video equipment, or flash photography is not allowed during the performance. However, we encourage patrons to take photos before and after the performance, and there is also a professional photo opportunity in the lobby of the Broadway Tent.
Yes! His Story: The Musical plays in the state-of-the-art Broadway Tent, which features red plush seating, full climate control and 360-degree overhead projection.
Yes! The Broadway Tent is fully climate controlled for all seasons, including the lobby, store, bar, and restroom areas.
Patrons are not required to show proof of vaccination or wear a mask during the performance. However, the house manager will be happy to provide a mask to any patron who prefers to wear one during the performance.
Due to the in-the-round set-up of The Broadway Tent, late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. Please note that latecomers may not be able to access their purchased seats until intermission.
No outside food or drink is allowed in the theater, but drinks and concessions are sold throughout the venue.
The Broadway Tent is located at Grandscape—the new dining, retail and entertainment development built in The Colony, TX, just north of Dallas-Fort Worth. The address is 5752 Grandscape Blvd, The Colony, TX 75056.
Free parking is available for His Story: The Musical patrons in the Grandscape parking garage, located at 4003 Destination Dr, The Colony, TX 75056. A short walkway connects the parking garage with the entrance to The Broadway Tent.
No large bags are allowed inside the theater. A coat & bag check will be available on-site.
Yes! Groups of 20+ can access special group rates. Email our Group Sales team at groups@hisstorythemusical.com with the date/time of your requested performance and the total number in your group.
Yes, there will be flashing lights, strobe effects, theatrical haze and bright lighting and projection effects used in the show.
Yes! A full selection of His Story: The Musical merchandise will be available in the lobby of The Broadway Tent at all performances.
The concept album of His Story: The Musical is available wherever you stream music. An original cast album has not yet been announced, but stay tuned!
His Story: The Musical is a new show suitable for all audiences. Created by a team of Broadway professionals, His Story is first-class Broadway entertainment while also being a faithful retelling of the story of Jesus. All are welcome at the Broadway Tent.
Ticketing
When purchasing your tickets on Ticketmaster, you can select to receive your tickets digitally, have them mailed to you, or pick them up at will call. For those who select the will call option, your tickets will be available for pick-up starting 2 hours before the performance at the box office.
The box office at Grandscape will open in late March. Stay tuned for updates.
Standard tickets range from $49 to $239. Please note that pricing is subject to change from performance to performance due to demand.
If you’re unable to attend your original performance, contact the box office to request an exchange for a different performance. There are no refunds available.

At this time, ticket pricing is the same for all patrons.
The VIP tickets are the best seats in The Broadway Tent, and they also provide access to the exclusive VIP lounge in the lobby. The VIP lounge will feature special giveaways, drinks and guest appearances.
